Our entrance is on the side of the building closest to the football field and to the right of the main entrance in front of the handicapped parking spaces.

  1. What are the hours at the Family Justice Center (FJC)?

Clients are seen between Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. HAVEN has a 24 hour confidential hotline you may call at other times: 603-994-SAFE (7233)

  1. Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary, but if you are able to call first, that would be appreciated! This way we can be sure someone is available to see you and you won't have to wait. The FJC opens at 9:00 am and closes at 4:00. We are not open weekends, weeknights or major holidays.

  1. Where is the Family Justice Center located?

The Center is located at 150 Wakefield Street in Rochester, NH. We are located in the Community Building across from McDonalds and behind Spaulding High School. Our entrance is on the side closest to the football field.

  1. What if I don't have a way to get to the FJC?

Contact the Family Justice Center at 509-1916, Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm and we will assist.
