THE STRAFFORD COUNTY FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER

150 Wakefield Street

Rochester, NH  03867

(Entrance is to the right of the main entrance)

603-509-1916

OPEN DAILY, 9am-4pm

What is a Family Justice Center?  It is a place where victims of domestic violence, sexual violence and stalking can go to talk to a confidential advocate, plan for their safety, meet with a police officer, meet with a representative from NH Legal Assistance, speak with a prosecutor, receive information on shelter, and get help with additional available resources in one location.

How might you benefit from the Center? The Center can provide a combination of services and interventions, from one location, to help you break the cycle of violence and develop healthy relationships. By working together, we can provide more support to you and your children through improved case management and a more fluid exchange of information and resources.  Filling existing gaps increases your access to services and resources and makes the entire process of reporting a domestic violence incident much less overwhelming.

Services available at the Center:

A Safe Place

Sexual Assault Support Services (SASS)

NH Legal Assistance

Law Enforcement

Off-Site Partners:

Off-site partnerships with several agencies currently exist and we are working to add more.  If you require assistance from any of these agencies or others we will work to get you connected with them.

The Strafford County Family Justice Center…

creating a legacy of hope for victims of abuse in our community.
